Mirkwood

A 10 year project photographing a Peak District woodland.

In 2012 I started photographing a unique woodland of gnarly Sessile oak trees. Ever since have been returning when I can in the best conditions to create a unique portrait of this special place.

This year I am hoping to turn this into a photo book.
